it's a 346 Flathead V8 rated at 150 horsepower and has a top speed of 100. Can this car cruise at say, 75?
All things being equal, and if the rest of the mechanics are good, you should be able to cruise all day long at 70/75... Remember, thats when Cadillac was having it's good years.
